In 2009, Jennifer obtained her Bachelor of Arts (B.A). Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Texas at San Antonio.  With over 11 years of experience in the legal profession, Jennifer has a diverse background to include Appellate Law, Civil Litigation, First Property Insurance, Foreclosures, Collections, and various other areas of law.

From 2009 through 2014, Jennifer worked as a Deputy Clerk III at the Fourth Court of Appeals in San Antonio, providing primary support to the Original Proceedings Staff Attorney, while also assisting with Civil and Criminal Appellate case files.  In 2014, Jennifer ventured out into the private practice sector and joined the firm of Whyte PLLC.  From 2014 through 2019, Jennifer worked as the firm’s Office Manager and Paralegal.  She assisted with the Firm’s business litigation matters, but also handled all aspects of property litigation cases, including pre-litigation activities through the settlement of the case.  As the firm’s Office Manager, she handled the financial aspects of the firm, payroll, and daily administrative duties to maintain the effectiveness of the firm’s daily function.

In November 2019, Jennifer decided to venture out and start her own business and work as an Independent Contractor for a few firms across the state of Texas.  In connection with the firms she is contracted with, she assists various roofing and construction companies with structuring their intake department and assisting clients with property damage claims and dealing with their insurance companies.
